My mom resided here for over a year. I found Larry and his team to be very caring and considerate and willing to go the extra mile to help my mother. I recommend Traditions at North Bend if a loved one or dear friend needs assisted care.

We are a vendor who works with many assisted living communities and Traditions is one of the best. Amanda and her staff are quick to respond to our questions and always a pleasure to work with.

Traditions North Bend is absolutely gorgeous facility. Everything is still in great shape or new, and maintained to the highest level. They have thought of everything and will do anything possible to meet the needs of the families. The staff is committed to providing excellent care; recognizing the importance of keeping residents and family members safe yet connected during trying times. Always going the extra mile. We are a group of providers that goes to nursing facilities and Traditions at North Bend has one the best staff to work with. They are there to help with the patients and they care about the patients. We are so glad to be a part of their team. I would highly recommend this facility for any love one.

Traditions @ NB is a wonderful place to work. I love the atmosphere. Been working at Traditions NB as a nurse for eight months now. The staff and residents are very nice and respectfully, especially our Director of Nursing, Amanda Bell. She is a wonderful person. Thank you for all the dedication you bring to your work every day. We appreciate and notice the hard work you put in to keeping the facility a safe and respectful place to work.

I currently work here as a nurse and it is a wonderful community to be apart of. The facility is beautiful the residents are so nice and treat everyone respectfully. I want to specifically point out Amanda Bell. Since Amanda has started as Director of Nursing she has given her all to this community making it as wonderful as it can be. She always has a smile and willing to help in any situation. She goes the extra mile not only for the residents but staff included. Traditions at North Bend just had a ODH deficiency free survey. Im very lucky to have her as my Director of Nursing.

I moved into Traditions at North Bend. The facility is very pretty. This is an outstanding building. The staff is wonderful. They are attentive and very kind. The apartment is nice. I enjoyed the whole experience. They have a library. The food is great. The cafeteria is run by a chef. You sit down at a table, and a waitress comes to you and asks what you want. They bring food to you. They also do room service if you need it. I know they have movies and a lot of activities. I do have physical and occupational therapy, and they're amazing. It's a good value. This is a great place, and I was so lucky to get in here.

We moved my mother to Traditions at North Bend because we very much like the facility. So far, the staff is pretty good. I haven't had the food but my mom says it's fine and she seems to like it. She likes the hair salon, and the library. They also have an outdoor patio; it's very nice. In terms of the upkeep, the place looked very nice and it's about a minute away from the hospital.

Traditions at North Bend was very modern, bright, and clean. The rooms were large and set up nicely as well as the bathrooms. We loved it. The dining area was bright and very spacious. They have a salon, a pub/bar area, a library, and a workout room. It was nice and the people were very friendly.

We couldn't be more pleased with the TLC provided for our mom. She is cared for with respect, patience & kindness. The staff looks after her as if she was their own loved one. With the current Covid climate, their protocol has been smart and spot on. Now more than ever, we are grateful for the caregivers and staff. Traditions is the place to be on the west side of Cincinnati.

We have signed contracts to have my dad transferred to a Memory Care unit at Traditions @ North Bend. I was most impressed with the newness and cleanliness, staffing and management. He will be well cared for there. One other place I toured was *********. This place was the absolute worst. Filthy and worn out. It should not be recommended to anyone.
Cost there is the same as Traditions and we were lucky to get the last available room in memory care [here]. Thank you for your advice and follow up. I appreciate your time.

My mom will be moving to Traditions at North Bend tomorrow. She will be in their assisted living. It's a very nice building, and fairly new at only a year and a half old. The rooms are spacious, she's going to be in a studio, and very nice. They offer plenty of activities. They also have a salon, a chapel, and an exercise room. They offer other services too and the staff is also very friendly.

The studio, I believe, is 400 square feet. It has several kitchen cabinets, dark-colored, very nicely done, and with nice fixtures. They have a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. It's half carpeted and then half laminate flooring. It offers big windows for light, a nice-size clothes closet, and high ceilings. The bathroom is extremely large with a very large walk-in shower and lots of safety bars. It has a very accessible handheld shower wand and an adjustable seat. It also has plenty of room to move around there with plenty of closet space for towels and necessities.

The dining area is very, very nice. It's got a fireplace right in the middle as you walk in the place. That's what you see straight ahead, they've got a fire going. A lot of times, people are very cold so it was just a very nice setting. It's like a circular setting all around the fireplace and from what I could see, there's plenty of seating, lots of windows with light, and you could see outside to the landscaping through the courtyard and it's very nice. They have several places to sit like chairs, rockers, and tables. It's also fenced off and it's just very nicely done. It's U-shaped and my mom's room would be at the other end. She's able to walk with a walker but they also have benches everywhere in the hallway where they can sit down if they need it. They also have a very nice laundry room on-site where they could do their own laundry or someone can do the laundry for them. I met some of the other people on the staff as well. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about answering questions and giving the tours.

We took a tour twice for my mom because she had more questions and wanted to see the room again. They were fine with that and were very gracious. They asked for things that my mom might like, like a welcome package for her. They even sent her a wreath for her door, they baked her some sweets, and they came to her present address and delivered them to her to welcome her into the community, so they've been wonderful. They also helped with the paperwork, which there were lots and lots of papers to fill out, and they answered all of our questions.

This is a fine location. I would recommend you review this community for yourself to see if it works for your loved one. The experience of the community and attention towards my loved one to assist them in getting acclimated to the community has been wonderful. My loved one enjoys the food. The activities have been good as well.

So far we've really had a good experience. They're very friendly when we come in. If we ask anything of them, they seem to do it. The facility is clean every time we go there, and her room is really nice. I've been really happy with them.

My mother moved to Traditions in May 2021. The entire staff has made it easier for us and our mom to move her there. They are very friendly and genuinely care about my mom and how she is doing. My mom always says how good the food is too. My sister and I are very happy with the care our mother receives and the condition of the facility is always kept nice.

My dad recently moved into this community and I am so pleased with the care he is receiving in assisted living. He is adjusting very well thanks to the attentive, helpful and caring staff in all departments. I am a nurse caring for seniors myself and have high standards...I am so glad I chose Traditions for my dad. His quality of life has already improved.

Traditions is a new facility that has been open about a year. Our contact person was very professional and caring about our aunt and took time to understand and answer all of our questions.

My Mom moved to Traditions in July of 2020 which is shortly after it opened. It has been a great move for her. She was welcomed by the staff and has been treated wonderfully by all of them since the day she moved in. I would like to thank each of them especially Robin, Patti, Deb, Sandy, Brenda, Alex, and Steve for their kindness towards my Mom. My brothers, sisters-in-law, and I are extremely happy with Traditions and happy with the care that she gets. My Mom is very happy so we are very happy. Thanks for all you do for her!

Traditions is beautiful, the staff that we encountered were very nice. My brother said he would live there. We are excited for mom to be there.

My name is Kelly, and my mother has been a resident of your facility since May 25th. First, I want to let you know how much I appreciated all the help that Alex Eilers gave us in getting everything set up and arranged…she is such a sweet girl and has a long future ahead of her working with the senior community.

Last week, when the facility had to briefly shut down again due to the Covid variant, my mother injured herself while showering and I saw the wound when I was speaking to her Wednesday evening via her Amazon Show (thank goodness for this thing 😂). She is very hesitant to use her call button for anything, despite my urging, so after I spoke with her, I texted Kathy Kraft to ask her if she could make sure Mom’s arm was OK. I have a feeling she made a special trip in there to do just that, and a couple hours later let me know that it was a superficial tear and that she patched her up and all was well. This meant so much to me that I had to make sure and let you know.

I myself have been in health care for over 35 years…and I know how difficult things are these days. I want to make sure these two women are appreciated. This experience solidified that we made the right choice in Traditions for my mom.

We moved our loved one into Traditions at North Bend last June. The staff continues to amaze us on how they have adapted to necessary changes. Our loved one loves her new home, and is safe and healthy!

Dear Sherrie, I can’t thank you enough for literally getting my mom’s apartment ready for her to move! You went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll be forever grateful. I ordered 2 pillows, an extra set of sheets and extra pillow cases for mom. I’ll drop them off when I receive the shipment. What a warm and welcoming place. Very caring and attentive staff. Lots of great activities for residents with a lovely dining experience.

Great place for family. Great place to call home. My mother lives at Traditions at Solana and it was the best place for her and my family. The community is BEAUTIFUL. The staff really cares about the residents. Always activities, entertainment and great food. Mom has laughed so much since making this her home. She has made many great friends. The nursing staff, housekeeping staff and dietary staff along with the management staff go the extra mile. The beautiful view of the river reminds her of when she was young. It's just a great place to be.

I love the food here! I always have so many choices! I also love all the friends I have made. It's like I have a new family. The staff is so nice and the building is always clean. The community makes me feel so safe.

This community has many activities, the food is wonderful with lots of selections. Every one that works here is very helpful and friendly and we are very happy we have chosen it.

Just a quick thank you for the wonderful lunch tour yesterday with mom. You have NO IDEA how thankful my sisters and I are that this has been such a positive thing for me (truly a divine intervention that I am still shaking my head about!). Maureen was such a blessing to be with, she is very compassionate and energetic. What a great asset she is to your team. I appreciate your help. I sincerely have so much admiration for your passion for making a difference. Gives me tears every time I think about mom actually being able to stay there in a wonderful place with hearts like yours.

I felt I should make the change. I was getting older, my husband and I are getting older, I have a big home. And so I thought I should make that change. And I saw this building going up and what I saw I liked. Opening day, I came and I fell in love with it. From the management all the way down, absolutely great.

The chapel I do appreciate having because I visited it the other day and they have a mass every last Friday of the month. I look forward to that and that's a nice feeling right there. And if I have nothing better to do, I walk up to the chapel and there’s always someone there having a service. That's a nice feeling, too.

Best community I have ever been in. I get a lot of help.

It was harder for me to get around and I couldn't drive. And so my niece and I decided it was time for me to find a place where I could have companionship. I just love getting up and coming to the restaurant and having something to eat and not having to worry about my food, getting out in the weather or doing the dishes.

I feel she is safe. They are so patient with our loved ones. They get the residents involved. The staff call residents by their names. They smile and say hello. It takes special people to work with memory care people. They are that special. I can sleep!
